Clarion Hotel Jeddah Airport ★★★★

I loved the variety of breakfasts served. The staff helped me a lot, especially Rafeef, Meaad, Mubarak, and Farooq. The front desk provided exceptional service. I will always prefer to stay here.

Everything was great except two issues will discuss them in the next section.

There was no enough towels in the toilet. Also , I had an issue with one of the staff (I guess he was the restaurant manager (Indian ) in the morning shift as he was rude with one of the kitchen staff and he was touching food (green mint leaves) in a bowel with his bare hands. (A bit disgusting) I never returned to the restaurant in level one.

Breakfast was basic but very fresh and in a great environment. Rooms and bathrooms were spacious and very well kept.

Me and my wife liked everything about this hotel. We were welcomed warmly by the staff, starting with the luggage carrier, the reception. We even got a complimentary healthy snack at check in. Something we didn't get at other 5 star hotels. The cleanliness was impeccable, the cleaning service representative Rasel did an exceptional job tidying up our room by making it spotless and everywhere else in our floor (we were on 3th floor). He was generous enough to offer us anything he could to suit our needs. A special thank you to you Rasel. You've made our stay very comfortable. The Breakfast was delicious and the restaurant was beautiful, the staff were very accommodating and tried to make us feel at home, I actually got a staff member who offered to take my plates to my table, very nice of him, and the breakfast had variety of food. The whole staff is well organized, which I've never seen it at other hotels. It was just a nice place for us to rest before to finish our umrah trip before leaving. And finally to top it off, we were given a very late checkout, special thanks to the reception staff and manager for this perk. Thank you so much for making us feel at home.

Great Service with the Airport Pick-up and Drop-off. It is really a great advantage for the Hotel, since it is the closest to JED.

Neat n tidy Hotel, comfy beds.

A bit pricy for one's taste. You need to prove and explain to the security guard that you're actually a guest at the hotel while entering the premises. Better trained receptionists are the need of the hour, most specifically pertinent to conflict resolution; rather than being summoned or directed to the duty manager.
